2. In short

This website presents our product Protocrew. We use no cookies, no tracking, no analytics and no advertising services. Fonts, scripts, images and 3D models are delivered exclusively from our own server; visiting the site sends no data to third parties such as Google or content delivery networks.

3. Visiting the website

When you visit, our server processes, for technical reasons, your IP address, date and time, the requested page and browser information in order to deliver the website and establish the encrypted connection (HTTPS). This data is processed only for the duration of the connection; we do not store access logs containing IP addresses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website).

4. Hosting

The website runs on a virtual server rented from a hosting provider with a data centre in the European Union. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

5. Waitlist and contact

The “Join the waitlist” form currently sends no data to us; it only assembles your details in your browser so you can copy them. If you email us, we process your details to answer your request and to inform you about Protocrew (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete the data once it is no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Please contact us at the address above.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

7. Changes

We will update this notice when the website or the legal situation changes, for example when the waitlist starts transmitting data directly.
